Position: Director

Angelo Rolle, CPA is a Director in Audit with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Angelo has worked for a commercial Bank with approximately $4 billion in assets for about 7 years in the Credit Analysis and Credit Administration areas. During his tenure at the Bank, he performed credit analysis on both Commercial and Industrial and Commercial Real Estate Loans up to $50 million dollars. He also participated on the Bank’s task force that helped to establish a more quantitative based risk rating system. He assisted in the Bank’s calculation of the Allowance for Loan Losses and prepared monthly and quarterly reports such as the CRE Stress Testing Report, CRE Loan Concentration Report, Loan Policy Exception Reports and other adhoc Bank Portfolio Reports for Board of Directors. During his 3 years in Public Accounting, he was able to capitalize on his prior Banking experience by performing internal audits of several commercial Banks in various areas including but not limited to, operations, compliance, loan review and risk management. He performed external audits for Factoring Companies as well as Broker Dealers. He also has proven experience in BSA, FINRA and SEC compliance testing. Angelo Rolle earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Florida Memorial University and his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Barry University. He began his career in Public Accounting with HLB Gravier, LLP in July 2012. Angelo Rolle is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is a member of the is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
