Nelson Gaud, CPA, CGMA is an audit manager with the firm. He has over nine years of accounting experience.  He is responsible for ensuring audit procedures are performed in accordance with the developed audit plan, and that those procedures are properly supported and documented.  As the engagement manager, he will also be responsible for providing daily supervision and guidance to the field staff.  Mr. Gaud has experience conducting audits in accordance with standards for financial audits contained in Governmental Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States.  He has extensive knowledge conducting audits in different industries, including not-for-profit and governmental audits, auto dealerships, manufacturing and real estate.  Mr. Gaud is licensed as a CPA in both Florida and Puerto Rico.

Mr. Gaud received his degree in Business Administration in 2011 with a major in accounting and a minor in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayaguez Campus.
